Does anyone have William Russel insurance (Income Protection/Life Insurance/Medical)? We are looking at going with them and I was wondering what your experience has been.

Our management and spouses have had William Russel coverage for 2+ years now - none of had any major illnesses but all are pleased. I know a fair bit of comparison was done in advance and they were very competitive...
