Sueing a Slimming Centre

I was sort of being fooled into getting a slimming course for 16,000 and just 2 treatment, they keep bugging me to get another kind of treatment which they say it could help me. They would not let me go so I paid $200 deposit n they want another 21,000. I wont be easy lying there and all they talk about is getting this and trying to make money out of me. I want to stop the treatment. What's the poss of getting back or even half of my 16,000
Pls help me....

If you have entered into a legally-binding contract then you might have trouble getting out of your obligations. However if you can show that their services were misrepresented or have turned out to be not what you believed you were buying then you should have a reasonable chance. The main oproblem seems to be that you have entered into a legal contract.

That means I have to spend also on the Law Fee.....(sign). I know I might not be getting my money but I really want to tell woman not to go there"Perfect Shape".

It's very easy just to say "No, thanks" and walk out of the shop.
