looking to buy small business

Does anyone know where I might find local small businesses listed for sale? I've been on the net for so long my eyes are glowing! Any reccommendations how to go about this would be very welcome.

There are a small number here http://hongkong.asiaxpat.com/classifieds/ Not sure why this doesnt get more traction as I am not sure how one would go about selling a small business otherwise...
