Proof of no criminal record (for Canada)

Hi Pals

I came to guangzhou on an 8 months assignment from India. I was set by my employer.

Now i plan to immigrate to canada and the canadian high commision required proof of no criminal record from china as i satyed for more than 6 months.

Now i am in India and struggling how to meet this requirement as i has no links there in Guangzhou.

Can we get this online or there any other way.

Any guidance or a solution to this problem would save my already sinking ship. (SOS)

I was on a Z visa and stayed in Cannes garden, Guangzhou from aprrox. 8 months.

Aah......help me

You need to do this in person or have someone who is actually here do this for you. Ask a friend to help you.

Try contacting the Indian Consulate in Guangzhou, maybe they can write you a letter of no criminal record. As a rule, if a foreign visitor (in any country) commits an unlawful act, the perspective consulate would be notified. So at least technically, the Indian Consulate is capable of writing such a letter. I am sure this would not be a normal request, so you will need to persuade them.
