apartment advice

Hi,

I am going to be in Bangkok for 3 months (mid Feb to mid May) working in the area of the UN centre on Rajdamnern Nok Ave.

I would like to find a furnished apartment (don't mind if its serviced or not) with kitchen (and either includes kitchen utensils pots etc, or these are available for hire), internet available in room, and good security. Budget 20,000 to 25,000 Baht. Location preferably central between the UN centre and the area of Chit Lom skytrain station (where I am looking at going to yoga classes). Does anyone have any advice/ideas for apartments in this area? I thought if I had something central to these I would be able to walk between the apartment and work, or apartment and classes. Don't mind walking around 20-25 mins. Or would this not be feasible?
