Hi,I am currently staying in Hong Kong but I am visiting my sisiter every three months where she retired in Northern part of Thailand.
Now,after two yeras of numerous trips I am considering byuing studio flat in BKK for transit purpose.
And I also can let my family or friends to use whenever they go to BKK for long weekend.
But I do not have much ideas about where, price, and how.
It wlll be very nice if I can have some advice regading buying property in BKK.
Or any reliable agent would be appreciated.
I am looking for brand new, central location, studio flat with a swimming pool.
It isn't unusual to see apartments advertised for less than ThB 2,million and with the current glut of property I would not be surprised to see a studio apartment close to ThB 1,million. The key is getting something close to either the MRT (underground) or the BTS (skytrain) as traffic here is impossible at times.
