Organises and co-ordinates competitions in Bangkok and out of town for Thai national and expatriate clubs. Division 1 consists of 8 teams including 3 expatriate and 5 Thai clubs. The Thai National team competes in the Asian Rugby Football Union, Hong Kong 7's and other international tournaments.
